Contigovallarta

Puerto Vallarta has changed a lot from since my first visit in 2005 until my return in 2016. In 2018, I decided to make it my second home and I was introduced to Dora Perches, a resident for over 25 years. She introduced me to the underprivileged and inspired the creation of CotingoVallarta to help locals who have very little resources.

Our mission is to help in two ways: One, provide immediate assistance with food and donated clothing. Two, invest in the future by helping children with donated laptops, since all schools are currently closed in Mexico that would be their only access to education. Additionally, we help women with micro loans in effort to gain financial independence.
